About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting to support our strategic goals and growth.">
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.">
  • Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including tax withholdings, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.">
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.">
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operations.">
  • Inventory Control: Partner with operational teams to oversee inventory and manage cost controls effectively.">
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management role. Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., IDS, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.">
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.">
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration.">
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial and administrative tasks.">

Salary Information
