Join our Bangalore-based team as a Cloud and Linux DevOps Engineer If you're passionate about sports, thrive in start-up environments, and enjoy working on exciting Sports and Fitness projects, this is your role Responsible for monitoring network systems, responding to deployed application incidents, performing troubleshooting and diagnostics of applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Monitor network devices (Linux Servers, Database, On-prem devices), and deployed applications using monitoring tools Respond to on-prem network and application alerts and tickets on time Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or team leads Monitor and maintain network Application infrastructure and services Conduct root cause analysis for incidents Collaborate with engineering teams on problem resolution Maintain awareness of ongoing incidents and network status Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call support Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Proficiency in application monitoring and ticketing systems Proficiency with Linux operating systems Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) preferred Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends 24/7/365 operations requiring shift work On-call rotation for after-hours support Hybrid or on-site presence may be required
