This hybrid position is based out of a local office and combines 24/7 Level 2/3 network support with hands-on infrastructure engineering. Responsibilities Deliver 24/7 support for routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers Lead incident response, fault resolution, and change management Execute hardware/software upgrades and lifecycle management Engineer across OSI layers using protocols like BGP, OSPF, VXLAN Automate with NETCONF/YANG, Python, Ansible, Terraform Support zero trust, NAC, and secure access solutions Requirements Experience in large-scale network operations (banking/enterprise preferred) Strong troubleshooting across Cisco and non-Cisco platforms Skills in virtualization, cloud, automation, and open networking Willingness to work flexible 24/7 shifts Certifications (CCNP/CCIE) and scripting skills are a plus
