In this position, you'll collaborate closely with the CTO and the Delivery Manager. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with an analytical mindset who enjoy working in a start-up environment. Job Description:Responsible for monitoring network systems, responding to deployed application incidents, performing troubleshooting and diagnostics of applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.Key Responsibilities:Monitor network devices (Linux Servers, Database, On-prem devices), and deployed applications using monitoring toolsRespond to on-prem network and application alerts and tickets on timePerform troubleshooting and diagnostics of application alerts from the initial to the advanced levelDocument deployed applications, incidents, and actions taken in the ticketing systemEscalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or team leadsMonitor and maintain network Application infrastructure and servicesConduct root cause analysis for incidentsFollow standard operating procedures and runbooksCreate and update technical documentation and runbooksCollaborate with engineering teams on problem resolutionMaintain awareness of ongoing incidents and network statusParticipate in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call supportRequired Qualifications EducationAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Technical Skills :Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/SProficiency in application monitoring and ticketing systemsProficiency with Linux operating systemsBasic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) preferred Soft Skills:Strong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekendsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work under pressure during incidentsTeam collaboration and coordinationAttention to detail and documentationWork Enviornment:24/7/365 operations requiring shift workOn-call rotation for after-hours supportHybrid or on-site presence may be requiredFast-paced, incident-driven environment
