We blend movement, mindfulness, and recovery to create transformative wellness experiences - from Pilates and sound healing to infrared therapy and meditation.As we expand our Pilates program, we’re looking for a Senior Pilates Instructor who brings both technical mastery and a deeply mindful approach to movement.About the RoleAs a Senior Pilates Instructor at Kaizen, you’ll play a key role in leading group classes, conducting private sessions, and mentoring junior instructors. You’ll help clients move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies.This is a role for someone who doesn’t just teach Pilates but lives it, someone who believes that movement is medicine, alignment is art, and breath is the bridge to transformation.Key Responsibilities- Lead high-quality private and group Pilates sessions (Reformer, Mat, and Equipment-based).- Assess client needs and design personalised programs to improve mobility, posture, and strength.- Mentor and support junior instructors to maintain Kaizen’s standard of excellence.- Collaborate with recovery and mindfulness teams to create integrated wellness programs.- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, energy, and client care.- Stay current with Pilates education, anatomy, and wellness research to continuously elevate practice.Requirements- Certified Pilates Instructor (advanced/expert-level training preferred).- Minimum 3–5 years of professional Pilates teaching experience.- Strong understanding of anatomy, movement science, and program design.- Skilled in both Reformer and Mat Pilates (knowledge of other apparatus is a plus).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to guide with clarity and compassion.- Passion for holistic wellness and commitment to continuous learning.Why Join Kaizen- Work in one of Goa’s most thoughtfully designed wellness spaces.- Collaborate with experts across Pilates, mindfulness, and recovery therapies.- Continuous professional growth through advanced training and workshops.- Access to all Kaizen wellness experiences and therapies.- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.To ApplySend your CV, certifications, and a short note or video on why movement matters to you to with the subject line “Senior Pilates Instructor – Kaizen Wellness.”
