As we expand our Pilates program, we’re looking for a Senior Pilates Instructor who brings both technical mastery and a deeply mindful approach to movement. About the Role As a Senior Pilates Instructor at Kaizen, you’ll play a key role in leading group classes, conducting private sessions, and mentoring junior instructors. You’ll help clients move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just teach Pilates but lives it, someone who believes that movement is medicine, alignment is art, and breath is the bridge to transformation. Lead high-quality private and group Pilates sessions (Reformer, Mat, and Equipment-based). Collaborate with recovery and mindfulness teams to create integrated wellness programs. Stay current with Pilates education, anatomy, and wellness research to continuously elevate practice. Certified Pilates Instructor (advanced/expert-level training preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of professional Pilates teaching experience. Continuous professional growth through advanced training and workshops. Access to all Kaizen wellness experiences and therapies.
