Job Description About Kaizen Wellness Kaizen is a conscious luxury wellness space in Goa, built on the philosophy of continuous improvement. We blend movement, mindfulness, and recovery to create transformative wellness experiences - from Pilates and sound healing to infrared therapy and meditation. As we expand our Pilates program, we're looking for a Senior Pilates Instructor who brings both technical mastery and a deeply mindful approach to movement. About the Role As a Senior Pilates Instructor at Kaizen, you'll play a key role in leading group classes, conducting private sessions, and mentoring junior instructors. You'll help clients move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply with their bodies. This is a role for someone who doesn't just teach Pilates but lives it, someone who believes that movement is medicine, alignment is art, and breath is the bridge to transformation. Key Responsibilities - Lead high-quality private and group Pilates sessions (Reformer, Mat, and Equipment-based). - Assess client needs and design personalised programs to improve mobility, posture, and strength. - Mentor and support junior instructors to maintain Kaizen's standard of excellence. - Collaborate with recovery and mindfulness teams to create integrated wellness programs. - Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, energy, and client care. - Stay current with Pilates education, anatomy, and wellness research to continuously elevate practice. Requirements - Certified Pilates Instructor (advanced/expert-level training preferred). - Minimum 35 years of professional Pilates teaching experience. - Strong understanding of anatomy, movement science, and program design. - Skilled in both Reformer and Mat Pilates (knowledge of other apparatus is a plus). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to guide with clarity and compassion. - Passion for holistic wellness and commitment to continuous learning.
