Certified a Great Place to Work for the 4th year in a row (2025), we are driving clean energy innovation and a people-first culture.About the Role : Open Positions:Assistant Manager : 6+ years of experience with B.tech.Qualifications : Full Time B. Tech /Diploma (Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical) with 60% and above.Required Skills :Production & Output Responsibility : Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Solar/Chemical Industry/ Mechanical Experience : Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly preferred.Process & Continuous Improvement : Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.Engineering & Trials Management : Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds efficiently.Technical & Analytical Skills : Possess strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills.Quality Assurance : Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet internal/external audit requirements.Multitasking & Flexibility : Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.Knowledge & Documentation : Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.Manpower management & Communication : Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.Safety & Compliance : Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.Preferred Skills :Experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry.
