Job Title: Technical Trainer – Advanced Java & Advanced Python (B. Tech Placements)Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver in-depth classroom and practical training in:Advanced Java (Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs)Advanced Python (OOPs, Advanced Data Structures, Exception Handling, File Handling, Flask/Django basics, APIs, Automation concepts),Libraries (modal lib and panclas)Design and update training curriculum aligned with current industry and placement requirements.Conduct hands-on coding labs , live demonstrations, and real-time problem-solving sessions.Guide students in mini projects, capstone projects , and case studies relevant to placements.Prepare students for technical interviews , coding tests, aptitude-based assessments, and hackathons.Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and assessments to track student progress.Mentor students on best coding practices, debugging, version control (Git), and deployment basics.Coordinate with placement and academic teams to align training outcomes with recruitment goals.Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and improvement plans.Stay updated with latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:B. E./B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc (Computer Science / IT or related field)Technical Skills:Strong expertise in Advanced Java and Advanced PythonSolid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP conceptsKnowledge of Web Technologies (HTML Java Script, CSS),Databases (SQL/No SQL), and APIsFamiliarity with placement-oriented problem-solving platformsExperience2–5+ years of experience in:Software development orTechnical training for engineering students / corporate professionalsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in college placement trainingIndustry or corporate training backgroundExperience handling large batches of engineering studentsKnowledge of interview patterns of IT service and product-based companies
