Job Title: Technical Trainer – Advanced Java & Advanced Python (B.Tech Placements) Key Responsibilities Deliver in-depth classroom and practical training in: Advanced Java (Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs) Advanced Python (OOPs, Advanced Data Structures, Exception Handling, File Handling, Flask/Django basics, APIs, Automation concepts), Libraries (modal lib and panclas) Design and update training curriculum aligned with current industry and placement requirements. Conduct hands-on coding labs , live demonstrations, and real-time problem-solving sessions. Guide students in mini projects, capstone projects , and case studies relevant to placements. Prepare students for technical interviews , coding tests, aptitude-based assessments, and hackathons. Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and assessments to track student progress. Mentor students on best coding practices, debugging, version control (Git), and deployment basics . Coordinate with placement and academic teams to align training outcomes with recruitment goals. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and improvement plans. Stay updated with latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends . Required Skills & Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science / IT or related field) Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Advanced Java and Advanced Python Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts Knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML Java Script, CSS), Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs Familiarity with placement-oriented problem-solving platforms Experience 2–5+ years of experience in: Software development or Technical training for engineering students / corporate professionals Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in college placement training Industry or corporate training background Experience handling large batches of engineering students Knowledge of interview patterns of IT service and product-based companies
