Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager - Interior Design Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant industry Location: Bengaluru Company: Draftora Designs Job Type: Full-time Salary: Best in the industry Job Description: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their design needs and presenting them with creative solutions that align with our interior design services and products. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Provide personalised interior design solutions tailored to each client's needs. Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients in the residential projects. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold-calling, and walk-in clients. Conducted sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients in our experience centre. Negotiate estimation and close sales deals. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends and product offerings. Educate clients on the features and benefits of our interior design services and products. Collaborate with the design team to ensure a deep understanding of our design portfolio. Collaboration: Work closely with the interior design team to ensure the successful execution of projects. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, lead data opportunities, and client satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Provide regular sales reports to management. Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge and passion for interior design and related products. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
