Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices, particularly in the context of AI and cloud-based development.
In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and their application in AI-driven modernization. Proficiency in integrating AI solutions across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises system
Expertise in developing and architecting modernization solutions leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning
Expertise in technologies stack ML/AI Techniques: Regression, Classification, NLP, Deep Learning and Clustering, ML/AI Algorithms: Linear, Logistics, KNN, Random Forest, SVM, Decision Tree, Similarity Algorithms, Word2 Vec, Time Series Algorithms, K-Means Clustering, Convolutional Neural Network
Should have been part of product development in modernization space using AIML
Familiarity with products in the market leveraging AIML and algorithms used for the same
Should have good knowledge of one of the cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP and how to modernize mainframe workloads onto modern stack using the same
Certification in any of Azure, AWS or GCP in Machine Learning is a plus
Good to Have
Experience in implementing AIML led tools that helped large customers reduce time to market as part of their digital transformation platform.
Capability presentation to customers and Po C’s in their environment to demonstrate the solution features.
Handholding and consulting with the delivery programs for solution fitment and gaps management
Requirement gathering and specification, Providing Business solution to client, Design of large-scale enterprise system, Build, Testing,
Technical documentation, User coordination, Migration Planning
Exploring new Technology partnership options and driving them to completion.
Establish excellent relationship with customer and other stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to venture into new technical areas, explore and come out with technical solutions from a modernization and cloud enablement perspective.
Inspire the team to come up with innovative solution options, Tools and best practices and lead them successfully till completion.
