Key Responsibilities New Product Development (NPD) Research, design, and develop formulations for prescription medicines, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, and dermocosmetics (cleansers, sunscreens, moisturizers, anti-acne, depigmentation, oral supplements). Work closely with dermatologists to translate clinical requirements into stable, safe, and effective formulations. Develop prototypes, conduct lab-scale trials, and optimize formulas for efficacy, stability, and sensorial profile. Testing & Validation Conduct compatibility, stability, and preservative efficacy studies as per ICH guidelines. Ensure compliance with dermatology-grade standards and regulatory requirements (DCGI, FDA, AYUSH, CDSCO where applicable). Coordinate with third-party labs for microbiology, safety, and efficacy testing. Scale-up & Manufacturing Support
