**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Cosmetologist cum Production Chemist to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the development and manufacturing of cosmetic products, ensuring quality control, and providing technical support to the production team. You will also play a key role in product testing, ingredient sourcing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and formulation of cosmetic products, including skincare, haircare, and personal care items.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to meet safety and performance standards.
- Source and evaluate ingredients for product formulations, ensuring the highest quality and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulations).
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records related to product formulations, testing, and compliance.
- Perform routine checks to monitor and improve the efficiency of production processes.
- Provide technical support and training to the production team on new formulations and processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new product innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Master 's degree in Cosmetology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the cosmetics industry.
- Ability to conduct product testing and analysis with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen interest in the cosmetics and personal care industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
