EC-Council is hiring Position- Business Development Representative/ Executive (BDR/BDE) Location: Mumbai/ Noida/ Hyderabad - India. We are proud to have trained and certified over 380,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwide About the position A BDR/ BDE/ Outbound Sales representative shall play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role requires making several telephones calls every day. Responsibilities of the position are but not limited to- Source new leads and sales opportunities Identify, build and manage Total Addressable Market for EC-Council’s Academia Programs in the assigned region or territory to meet organizational goals. Have deep knowledge of curriculum mapping, functionalities of the board of studies, and maintain meaningful relationships with the key academicians in the assigned territory. Experienced in Account Management Conduct targeted outreach to B2 B prospects (enterprises, channel partners, academic institutions) via research tools, cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new revenue opportunities Attend networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email Up sell additional products as need arises Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals Required skills, experience and qualifications- •3-5 years working experience in Business Development • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Networking aptitude Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
