We are looking for an HR Executive with a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to support talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and HR processes. The role will help make recruitment structured, fair, and aligned with organizational goals while applying behavioral science insights.

Recruitment & Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions; maintain ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.

~ Communication & Outreach: Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers; conduct calls and coordinate interviews.

~ HR Operations Support: Assist in process adherence, documentation, and maintaining HR records.

~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred).

~ Comfort with behavioral observation, structured note-taking, and digital tools (Google Sheets, Forms, ATS).

~ Prior experience in HR or recruitment with exposure to behavioral assessments.

~ Analytical mindset with ability to link candidate traits to performance potential.
