Role Description
The HR & Admin Executive will manage all employee-related processes, compliance, and office administration. The role ensures smooth operations in hiring, payroll, attendance, staff engagement, staff performance management and general administration while supporting the company's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job ads, coordinate interviews, and issue offer/appointment letters.
Conduct joining formalities and maintain employee records.
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment).
Coordinate with CA/payroll consultant for filings.
Policies & Systems
- Implement leave, attendance, and disciplinary policies.
- Maintain employee database, ID cards, and HR documentation.
Draft circulars, memos, and compliance notices.
Employee Engagement
- Plan small engagement activities (festivals, birthdays, team bonding).
Handle grievances, maintain discipline, and support positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance scorecards, appraisals, and incentive letters.
- Track employee productivity and training needs.
Administration
- Oversee office administration: housekeeping staff, office supplies, utilities.
- Manage travel bookings, petty cash, and general office expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors for office services (internet, security, printing, etc.).
- Support directors in daily coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management/Commerce/
Business Administration

or related field
. - Skills in HR Management and HR Operations
- 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience (manufacturing/trading industry preferred).
- Knowledge of payroll software / Tally ERP / MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Compensation
- Salary Range (Jaipur market):
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
