We empower financial institutions worldwide with comprehensive Business Process Automation to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and drive data-driven insights, all while minimizing human intervention.About The RoleAs an Associate Project Manager, you’ll lead and deliver impactful software projects that create measurable outcomes.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring every project stays on track - from planning to execution - while fostering agility, ownership, and clarity.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects in alignment with business goals- Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration- Partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless execution- Maintain regular client interactions to manage requirements, expectations, and updates- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies- Guide and support teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environmentWhat We’re Looking For:- 7–10 years of experience in IT/Software Project Management- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies- Experience in managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain- Hands-on with tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent project management platforms- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under pressurePreferred Qualifications- Experience in product delivery and SaaS environments- PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification- Exposure to cloud-based and enterprise-level software solutionsWhy Work With UsAt ACT21, you’ll find an environment that values ownership, agility, and innovation.You’ll collaborate with forward-thinking teams that are shaping the next phase of BFSI technology - where every project brings both challenge and growth.Apply NowIf you’re ready to advance your project management career and make an impact where technology meets transformation, we’d love to connect.- Send your CV to:
