As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll lead and deliver impactful software projects that create measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring every project stays on track - from planning to execution - while fostering agility, ownership, and clarity. Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple software projects in alignment with business goals Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies 7–10 years of experience in IT/Software Project Management ~ Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies ~ Experience in managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain ~ Hands-on with tools like Jira, Trello , or equivalent project management platforms ~ Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ~ Experience in product delivery and SaaS environments PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification Exposure to cloud-based and enterprise-level software solutions You’ll collaborate with forward-thinking teams that are shaping the next phase of BFSI technology - where every project brings both challenge and growth.
