Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities across teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
  • Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and resolve issues, risks, or bottlenecks during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular status updates, reports, and documentation.
  • Support the senior project manager and leadership team with ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of project management or coordination experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

  • Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, ScrumMaster) or currently pursuing.
  • Familiarity with budgeting or financial tracking.
