What we are looking for:

Role: Content Writer/Copywriter

As a Content Writer/Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and business objectives. This role involves writing for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media,etc, with a strong focus on audience engagement and conversion optimization. The candidate should be able to balance creativity with clarity, crafting content that drives action while maintaining the brand’s voice.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 2-4 years


What you’ll do:

  • Content & Copy Creation : Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and creative concepts that communicate the brand’s value propositions and resonate with the target audience.
  • SEO Writing: Implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Email & Social Media: Create persuasive and engaging content for email marketing campaigns and social media posts, driving conversions and engagement.
  • Product Descriptions: Write concise and engaging product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and design.
  • Proofreading & Editing: Edit and proofread all written content to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform content strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance to make data-driven adjustments and improvements.


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or related roles.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types (e.g., blogs, social media posts, product descriptions).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing optimized content.
  • Ability to generate creative concepts that align with the brand’s messaging and business goals.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media, and conversion-focused copy.
  • Ability to write in various tones and styles for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail in grammar, style, and formatting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Brownie Points:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with content performance tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Knowledge of UX writing and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience writing for B2B brands is a plus.
