Simpencil is Looking for Lead Content Writers - Are You the One? Designation: Lead Content Writer Experience: 3 to 5 years Reports to: Product Manager Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (Onsite) Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content. Create and edit content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns and the company website. Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies. Edit and polish existing content to improve readability. Write coherent copy that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across a wide variety of digital platforms. Write content that performs well in internet search results. Conduct ongoing research within your industry to stay up-to-date with trends. Write scripts and collaborate with graphic designers to create graphics and videos that support your written content. Skills Required: Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. Proven content writing or copywriting experience Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
