Looking for a Freelance HCM Cloud Specialist to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 8+ yrs. of experience.There are multiple openings. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q2 2025.Responsibilities- Lead and participate in end-to-end HCM implementation projects with a focus on Core HR and Talent Management.- Configure, test, and deploy solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide support during UAT and post-go-live.- Ensure best practices and compliance in HCM processes.- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support for HCM Cloud applications.- Stay updated with the latest HCM Cloud releases and recommend improvements.Required Skills- 5+ years of experience in HCM implementations.- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.- Strong knowledge of Core HR and Talent Management modules.- Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have- Exposure to additional HCM Cloud modules (Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits).- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.- Experience with integrations and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL).What we need-~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 4yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time
