As a rapidly growing D2C business, we are on the lookout for a talented and driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts on Meta and Google platforms, ensuring our products reach the right audience and drive scalable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive user acquisition, sales, and brand visibility.

*Monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI and meet growth targets.

*Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure campaigns are cost-effective while achieving desired outcomes such as lower CAC and higher ROAS.

*Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to the leadership team.

*Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.

*Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in Meta and Google Ads, to keep our strategies competitive.

*Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.

*Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, from setup and optimization to reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

Proven expertise in optimizing performance marketing campaigns to achieve business goals, such as increasing sales or lowering customer acquisition costs.

Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.

Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
