We are seeking a skilled and proactive Campaign Manager to join our team and take charge of planning, creating, executing, and scheduling marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign management, and regional market strategies. This role focuses on promoting our diverse portfolio of medical devices globally, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to meet the unique needs of different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning and Strategy

o Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote medical devices across various platforms (e.g., email, WhatsApp , social media, Google Ads).

o Customize campaigns to align with the target audience, regional preferences, and business objectives.

o Collaborate with sales team to ensure campaigns meet business goals and align with brand messaging.

2. Content Creation and Scheduling

o Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling campaign assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages.

o Schedule campaigns to maximize audience reach and engagement, considering time zones and regional factors.

3. Execution and Management

o Monitor campaign performance and ensure on-time delivery of all components.

o Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, conversions) to assess effectiveness.

o Provide regular reports and insights, recommending optimizations to improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices sector.

• Proficiency with campaign management tools and platforms and marketing automation software.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

• Excellent project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of regional marketing strategies and audience segmentation.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements in the medical or healthcare industries is a plus.
