We're looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager who thrives on turning complex business problems into scalable software solutions. This is a full-time, onsite role at our Pune office (5 days a week).What You'll DoOwn the product lifecycle from ideation to release, aligning product vision with business needs.Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, PRDs, and FRDs .Develop wireframes, user flows , and high-fidelity specs to communicate product concepts.Lead daily SCRUMs and act as Product Owner for the engineering team.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, customer support, and change management teams.Write test cases and support QA to ensure high product quality.Drive product release cycles , managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.What You Bring5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst role at a SaaS company.Strong background in writing BRDs, PRDs, wireframes, and user flows.Experience leading SCRUM teams and managing SDLC processes end-to-end.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hands-on experience with Agile, release management, and software QA.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.Why omniXMWe're building customer feedback technology that helps service-oriented businesses win with experience.
