Bridging the Gap between Business and Technology

Mastercard is driving innovation in the field of technical product management. We're seeking a skilled Product Manager – Technical (PM-T) to join our team behind Crypto Secure, a powerful risk assessment tool that helps banks gain greater visibility into crypto spend, transaction volumes, and AML risk exposure through a simple, intuitive dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment, clarification, and modifications of requirements are handled promptly.
  • Convert Epics into Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring no ambiguities.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure backlog items are well-defined, actionable, and that adequate work is flowing to the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding of API-based systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development processes.
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, accessibility (A11y), and visual design, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, backlog management, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • Understanding of non-functional requirements, including scalability, security, and performance considerations.
