Company Website - US Store - UK Store - Singapore Store - Japan Store - India Store - Ecommerce Platform Manager We are looking for a driven Ecommerce Manager to optimize the performance and conversion rates of our D2C website/ecommerce platforms. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the seamless operation of our ecommerce platform. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics. Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop and implement ecommerce strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce optimization. Content & Campaign Management: Work closely with the in-house content creation team to ensure that all digital content is optimized for performance. Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns on the platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Optimize landing pages, product pages, and other key touchpoints to enhance user experience and drive conversions. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall ecommerce health. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and fluent in English. MBA in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proven experience in ecommerce optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role. Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus.
