Job Summary: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the organization. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee the sales process to ensure that it is efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance targets, providing coaching and support, and evaluating performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities and increase market share.
  • Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and metrics, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitive dynamics, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events to support sales objectives.
  • Ensure that the sales process is efficient and effective, and identify areas for improvement and process optimization.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Must Have: Experience in selling DMS/SFA Solution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the impact of sales on business operations and strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales management principles and best practices, including sales process optimization, account management, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement technologies.
