Job Purpose:
To drive international growth and revenue for the company by developing and executing a robust export strategy, managing customer relationships, and overseeing all aspects of the export process, from procurement to shipment.
Key Accountability:
Market Development and Expansion:
- Identify and target new international markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with international clients.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate and close deals with international buyers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Operations Management:
- Oversee the entire export process, from procurement to shipment.
- Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high-quality standards for all exported products.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international trade.
Develop contingency plans for unforeseen challenges.

Qualification - MBA in Agriculture or Foreign Trade is preferred.
Experience - 1-4 Years (Post Qualification)
