We are seeking a motivated and experienced Executive Exports to become an integral part of our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

**Position Overview**: As an Executive Exports at BOS, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing the export operations of our specialized steel products to international clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure efficient order processing, impeccable documentation, and streamlined logistics management. A comprehensive understanding of export regulations, logistics, and a proactive approach are essential attributes for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Export Operations Management**:

- Coordinate the end-to-end export process, from order inception to shipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations and meticulous documentation.
- Maintain precise export records and documentation.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with international customers and strategic partners.
- Address customer inquiries, swiftly resolve issues, and furnish timely updates on shipments.

**Logistics and Shipping**:

- Organize and oversee shipments, encompassing container bookings, transportation scheduling, and delivery tracking.
- Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs and guarantee punctual deliveries.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate effectively with quality control teams to ensure that our products consistently meet global standards and customer specifications.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and meticulously review export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and requisite paperwork.
- Ensure strict compliance with customs and export regulations.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Remain updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and competitive developments.
- Identify emerging opportunities and potential markets for the export of our special steel products.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Foster strong collaborations with the sales, procurement, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide essential information to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in international business, MBA, logistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in export operations, preferably within the steel or metal industry.
- Proficiency in international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Expertise in export documentation and relevant software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
