ROLE:
As a member of Consumer Pay Team, you’ll play an integral part in the effective execution of Jio Saavn Subscription strategy with an aim of acquiring, engaging & retaining paid subscriber base of Jio Saavn. The right person for this job should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, a knack in understanding of consumer behavior, strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience and the ability to clearly communicate and present information. This role will report into Lead-Consumer Pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data analytics based identification of user cohorts which have higher likelihood to convert, and drive conversions through effective communication and offers/discounts.
Define effective communication strategy based on user behaviour on platform and deploy recency, frequency and monetary value based optimizations.
Drive various internal marketing campaigns across in-app ads, SMS, PNs, Whatsapp etc to acquire/engage/reactivate the subscribers as well create strategies to upsell/upgrade the subscribers
Partnering with the creative teams to advise on compelling ad copies (Images & content) for various social media platforms and in-app communication campaigns
Measuring, analysis and reporting performance of campaigns at a cohort level and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for a well-rounded candidate with 3-5 years of work experience. The candidate has to be a solution seeker with an understanding of subscriber marketing, customer lifecycle journey and underlying metrics.
Engineer / MBA from Tier 1 colleges with 3-5 years of experience of working in Growth or Subscription team of a new age company working in the domain of Music, OTT, Entertainment, Media, Gaming, Travel or Telecom
Must have worked on Subscriptions related profiles (in Acquisition or Retention)
Self-starter, proactive and enthusiastic individual working with “can do, will do” attitude
Excellent number crunching skills and quantitative aptitude
Proficiency in Excel and SQL (must) and comfortable in analysing complex data & deriving actionable insights
Ability to own and manage the execution of end to end internal marketing campaigns, to acquire and retain users, including taking the initiative to troubleshoot errors, and assess and initiate improvements to the execution process
Excellent communication skills
