Role Overview:
You will lead our content strategy and execution. You will own end-to-end content creation, distribution, and performance measurement. You will also help build the founder’s personal brand and manage the founder’s Linked In presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1 - Content Strategy & Planning:
Define the overall content roadmap aligned with our business goals.
Identify key topics, formats, and channels to engage our target audience.
2 - Content Creation & Management:
Produce high-quality, actionable content (articles, videos, reels, newsletters) that helps readers use AI in their work.
Ensure all content meets brand and quality standards.
3 - Distribution & Promotion:
Execute SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
Leverage social media, newsletters, and partnerships to amplify content reach.
Track and report on content performance metrics, and optimize based on insights.
4 - Personal Brand Building for the founder:
Develop and execute a personal brand strategy for the founder, focusing on Linked In.
Draft engaging Linked In posts, thought leadership pieces, and personal stories that showcase expertise and connect with the audience.
Respond to audience engagement and maintain an active, credible presence for the founder online.
Who You Are:
To check your fit for the role you should tick as many of the below as possible:
You are passionate about content and community-building
You have a proven track record in content strategy and storytelling, with an experience of at least one or two years
You are always looking for ways to use AI to make yourself more productive
You’re experienced with SEO best practices, social media distribution, and performance analytics.
You are great at making video content and reels
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
You’re an excellent communicator and collaborative team player who adapts quickly.
You’re open to experimenting and iterating based on data and feedback.
You have an interest or prior experience in building a personal brand presence on Linked In or similar platforms.
You are currently located in Chennai and would love to work in collaboration with the team in our Chennai office 5 days a week.
