Job Description:

As our Content Strategy Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that drives increased visibility, engagement, and business growth. You will oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring content across all platforms aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and long-term positioning strategy while maintaining consistency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in content creation, strategy development, and distribution across various platforms. They must have experience in content amplification strategies and performance monitoring across multiple channels, as well as prior experience leading and managing a team of content writers. A strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Personal Finance is required, along with excellent writing and editing skills and proficiency in both written and spoken Hindi.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives increased visibility, engagement, and business growth.
2. Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring content across all platforms aligns with the brand's tone, messaging, and long-term positioning strategy while maintaining consistency and quality.
3. Spearhead the planning and execution of a content distribution plan across all platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
4. Manage a team of content writers, graphic designers, and video editors, providing creative direction to ensure the production of high-quality, on-brand content that meets strategic goals.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives.
6. Lead competitive analysis and market research efforts, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting content strategies to maintain a leadership position in the market and strengthen the company's brand authority and positioning.
7. Drive SEO excellence by leveraging advanced keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building tactics to ensure that all content maximizes organic traffic, supports lead generation, and contributes to business growth.
8. Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on content performance using analytics tools, ensuring insights are used to refine strategies and enhance engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in content creation, strategy development, and distribution across various platforms
• Experience in content amplification strategies and performance monitoring across multiple channels
• Prior experience leading and managing a team of content writers
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Personal Finance
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Hindi
