The Role:

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the leadership team. This is not a passive role; it’s about owning mission-critical projects end to end , stepping in wherever the company needs leverage, and helping shape both strategy and execution.

This is an intense, high-responsibility position for someone deeply entrepreneurial. Whether you’ve already founded a company or aspire to do so in the future, this role will put you at the center of building, scaling, and operating a fast-growing business. You’ll move across customer success, operations, product, sales, and contributor network growth, developing the skillset of a top-tier founder/operator.

Responsibilities

  • Own multi-million-dollar customer relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term growth.
  • Drive new sales by building relationships with prospective customers and closing strategic accounts.
  • Run the operations of large-scale projects, from designing creative solutions to executing delivery to handling contracts (with a no-task-beneath-you mentality).
  • Grow and strengthen our contributor network, scaling reach, quality, and engagement across India and globally.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, and strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities and turning them into results.
  • Partner directly with leadership on strategic priorities, creating clarity where none exists and ensuring execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in high-intensity environments (early-stage startups, consulting, banking, or other forms of investing)
  • Top university background preferred (IIT, IIM, ISB, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to own and scale projects end-to-end , ideally in startup or founder/operator roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : you’ve built something before (a startup, community, etc.) or see this role as preparation for doing so.
  • Strong generalist operator skill set , comfortable moving between customer relationships, operations, product, and sales.
  • Independent, ambitious, and resilient, with the drive to thrive in ambiguity and intensity.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday workflows to operate faster and smarter.

We’re looking for someone who is energized by our mission and passionate about shaping the future of human intelligence paired with AI. Strong pluses include being multilingual in Indic languages, having strong networks in India, and bringing prior experience in AI, human data, or data labeling.
