We are now entering the next phase of growth through retail expansion, digital transformation, and global market penetration.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work directly with the Managing Director. This role requires a highly organized, business-savvy, and execution-driven professional who can act as an extension of the MDs office. The Chief of Staff will oversee key strategic initiatives, streamline operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure alignment between leadership vision and execution across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support & Leadership Alignment

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Managing Director.
  • Support in decision-making by preparing business insights, presentations, and market analyses.
  • Translate the MDs vision into clear plans and actionable initiatives.

Business Operations & Execution

  • Drive strategic projects across retail expansion, e-commerce growth, marketing, and international business development.
  • Monitor ongoing projects, flag bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution.
  • Oversee critical meetings prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure accountability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between the MD and leadership teams (Marketing, Retail, Buying, HR, Finance, E-commerce).
  • Align different teams to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns, launches, and retail operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company matters with discretion.

Research & Growth Initiatives

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis in fashion retail and luxury segments.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Track industry trends, consumer insights, and technological innovations (AI, digital commerce, experiential retail).

MD Office Management

  • Prioritize and manage the MDs schedule, communications, and key priorities.
  • Represent the MD in internal and external meetings when required.
  • Ensure that high-level business priorities are executed seamlessly.

Requirements

  • 1015 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or leadership roles (fashion retail / luxury / consumer brands preferred).
  • Strong exposure to business strategy, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative + business-driven environment.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred (but not mandatory if candidate has strong experience).
