Position: Chief of Staff

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Executive Office

Reports To: COO

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with the COO and leadership team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring execution of priorities across departments, and serving as a critical communication bridge within the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, high accountability, and the ability to align organizational execution with leadership vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution & Operations

  • Manage the execution of strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Ensure accountability and timely follow-ups on decisions and action items.
  • Drive organizational efficiency by identifying and fixing operational gaps.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects and ensure they are delivered within timelines and quality expectations.

2. Communication & Alignment

  • Serve as a bridge between the COO/executive team and the rest of the organization.
  • Draft key communications, speeches, presentations, and reports for the COO and leadership team.
  • Ensure alignment between leadership vision and execution across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate smooth communication flow, minimizing information gaps and conflicts.

3. Leadership Support

  • Support the COO in daily decision-making, strategic planning, and high-level problem-solving.
  • Anticipate organizational challenges and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Prepare briefing materials, research, and data-driven insights to enable informed leadership decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
