The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology strategy, managing software development projects, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with corporate goals. Ensure infrastructure stability, data integrity, and system availability across all platforms and geographies. · Lead efforts to optimize cloud architecture and enhance platform scalability as customer demand grows. #Own and manage the technology budget, ensuring strategic investments in tools, systems, talent, and vendor relationships. · Required Experience & Qualifications · 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology. · Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software. . · Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments. · Technical depth in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., Java, Angular, etc.). · Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership. · The ability to travel globally to meet with development teams, collaborate with executives and meet with large clients. · Familiarity with AI/ML, data engineering, or DevOps automation tools and practices. ~·
