Job Title The Director of Digital, Data, and IT leads the end-to-end lifecycle management of key HCM platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develops and executes short- and long-term product strategies for P&O platforms in collaboration with business stakeholders. Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Aligns DDIT initiatives with business goals, ensuring they support the organization's overall strategy and objectives. Solution Delivery: Manages the lifecycle of P&O platforms, including operational excellence and compliance. Collaborates with business owners to maintain and evolve platform roadmaps based on demand, priorities, and capability gaps. Identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Stakeholder Partnering: Advises domain leaders on strategic technology alignment with evolving business needs. Facilitates governance forums to review demand, backlog, platform KPIs, and compliance posture. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure platform integrity and risk management. Financial Management: Manages respective product budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of IT services and solutions. Monitors and reports on financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Risk Management and Compliance: Identifies and mitigates risks associated with IT projects and operations. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 16+ years of experience in IT management, with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Proven expertise in delivering People & Organization (HR) technology solutions at scale. Deep experience in managing global HR platforms, particularly Workforce, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HRSD, and Workday.
