SPECIALIST, MEL COMPLETION Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions Conduct research and analysis to identify root causes of technical issues and implement corrective actions Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in MEL completion and maintenance operations On a rotating basis provide 7 day a week coverage for the program within PSA’s fleet Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: ~ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field ~3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or a related field ~ FAA 121 Airline Operator and associated FARs or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Experience with MEL completion and maintenance operations Knowledge of PSA' maintenance procedures and policies Experience with technical documentation and record-keeping Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
