Responsibilities :
  • Provide administrative and organizational support directly to the founders.
  • Manage and prioritize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of key projects across departments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation as needed.
  • Act as a bridge between founders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct industry research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements :
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • A passion for the entertainment and talent management industry is a plus.
