- Provide administrative and organizational support directly to the founders.
- Manage and prioritize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of key projects across departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation as needed.
- Act as a bridge between founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct industry research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- A passion for the entertainment and talent management industry is a plus.
