About The Role
As a part of the Social Media Marketing team you will play a pivotal role in influencing decisions for the brand. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize the Agency's long-term vision/ goals.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Content Creation and Management:
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn with the help of the Creative Team.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely posting schedule.
Audience Engagement:
- Foster and grow the online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the brand, industry, and competitors.
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct research on current industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behaviors to inform the social media strategy.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Social Media Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support business goals.
- Optimize ad performance based on data insights and budget constraints.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in social media marketing, incorporating innovative strategies into the overall plan.
What You’ll Need:
· 6+ Yrs of experience as a Social Media Marketing specialist.
· Proven working experience in Social Media marketing.
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns, Influencer management.
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
