The intern will assist in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service. Key responsibilities include supporting the client services team with communication, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating project plans effectively. The role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to successful marketing campaigns while learning within a dynamic and collaborative environment.Qualifications- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively handle client relationships and provide excellent support.- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear interactions with clients and internal teams.- Understanding of Customer Satisfaction principles and ability to address client needs with a focus on delivering value.- Basic knowledge of Finance or willingness to learn, enabling support for budget tracking and project alignment.- Collaborative mindset and organizational skills, with a commitment to learning and contributing to the success of a variety of projects.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (pursuing or completed) is a plus.
