Job Opportunity: Client Solutions SpecialistThe Client Solutions Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project coordination and execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and proficiency in quantity estimation.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate projects with clients and internal teams effectively.Communicate professionally over email and calls to address client queries and project updates.Read and interpret technical drawings related to doors and partitions accurately.Calculate door quantities and related hardware accessories required for projects efficiently.Work proficiently on the ERP portal for project tracking and data management.Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel.Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales & projects) to ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:Excellent coordination skills with clients and internal teams are essential.Strong communication skills (written & verbal) are necessary for professional email correspondence.Ability to read and understand technical drawings related to doors and partitions is mandatory.Proficiency in quantity estimation of doors and related hardware accessories is required.Experience working on ERP portals is preferred.Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting are beneficial.Technical background (Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field) or industry experience in doors, partitions, or construction materials is advantageous.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in fire door/partition manufacturing or a similar industry would be valuable.Prior experience in project coordination would be an asset.
