Job Description:Oracle HCM ConsultantAs a seasoned Oracle HCM expert, we are seeking an individual with a strong background in Oracle Cloud, specifically in payroll functionalities for India and US legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience working on various project phases, including requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, training sessions, cutover, and production support.Key Responsibilities:Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating the ability to develop other colleagues.At least two full India payroll implementations experience until go-live and hyper-care support.Understand, analyze, and solve both explicit and implicit requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc.Involved in business process workshops and advised clients on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll.Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.Benefits:Opportunities for growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Others:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills.
