As an Operations Intern for Sri Yatra , you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth post-booking experience for our users. Connect with users after booking to confirm details and guide them through the next steps.
Help customers redeem coupons or discounts and resolve related queries.
Serve as the single POC for customers, ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey.
Collect post-travel feedback to improve future yatras.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Available to work from our Bangalore office, full-time for 3 months.
First-hand exposure to operations in spiritual travel.
Experience in customer engagement and service workflows.
