About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Services to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling digital marketing solutions, with strong skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and client relationship management. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, etc.).- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Understand client business needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions to address their goals.- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create customized proposals, pitches, and presentations.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to contract closure.- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM tools.Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in digital marketing services .- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms, etc.).- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
