We are seeking a seasoned Lead Performance Marketer with 6-8 years of experience to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns with the goal of driving user acquisition, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and scaling the company’s customer base. B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory , with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and the need for ongoing user retention. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI. Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance. Build and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency. Keep up to date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies. 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results. ~ Has handled a significant performance marketing budget. ~ Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets , consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs. ~ In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Linkedin, Meta and other channels). ~ B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory , with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
