We’re looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Lead to manage and optimize 3PL operations across warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. This role sits within our Control Tower and ensures smooth, cost-effective logistics by overseeing daily operations, resolving issues in real-time, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily 3PL operations: warehousing, pick-pack-ship, returnsMonitor SLAs and drive performance improvementsResolve operational issues swiftly and escalate critical mattersAnalyze data and generate KPI reportsCollaborate across CS, finance, demand planning & marketingSupport tech integration & maintain data integrityDrive process optimization and ensure accurate documentationQualifications4-5 years’ experience preferably in a control tower operations, analytics or environment.Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatoryProficiency in SQL is mandatory.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
